BRITNEYSPAIRS has released a new version of his port of M.A.M.E to the original Microsoft XBOX video gaming console. The original XBOX is still considered the best emulator box setup and this emulator shows what can be done on the old console. CoinOPS Ignite displays in 720p enhancing the original games quality by far.
This is a yet improved MAME emulator with many fixes and several new options - yet better than the previous CoinOPS Ignite R1. No roms included (of course) and no screenshots included. Visit the official thread to gather more information or to join the discussion. The standalone release contains a prefered 1000 games list, chosen from 2500 working games. All the recommended games have been tested and configured (normal settings, normal coinage).

- Autofire: Semi-auto and Full auto allowing charge (one click ingame)

Hitman43 has managed to produce one heck of a decked out original XBOX Media Center box. Not only does it boast a custom case with an LED display, but it's sleek design is matched equally by the internal components and extra outputs contained in the console.
Although, his masterpiece is almost complete, he is missing an essential component. If you happen to be an owner of a Windows Media Extender for the XBOX and want to sell it (or know where to get one (other then ebay)) please contact me asap.

What's new/fixed:
-Added support for video previews. Video previews must be in xmv format and placed in the Videos folder. Users running at 1080i need to adjust the font for the game select screen to the following:
Game Select Settings
Max Text Width: 220
Number of Lines: 10
Font Size: 20
Line Height: 32
The Xbox does not have enough CPU power to render several true type fonts at 1080i and update the video preview. This does not apply to 480i/p or 720p.

What's new/fixed:
-Fixed bug where preview border was displayed when preview border was disabled.
-Freed several megabytes of RAM. This fixes the screenshot display problem in 1080i.
-Added support for sub folders in the Images directory.
This will allow users to sort the images (i.e. a folder for Maps, Manuals, Strategy Guides, etc...). Much higher resolution images are now supported.

X-Projects has recently released a new build of their xecuter 2 (x2) Config Maker. Their configuration utility for the Xecuter v5035 XBOX firmware allows you to customize various aspects of the BIOS including changing how the XBOX logo looks and toggle support for LBA48 drives (among other things).

nes6502 has released a modified version of NeoGenesis a Sega Genesis, Sega CD and Sega 32X emulator for the original Microsoft XBOX video game console. Using this emulator you can enjoy your classic game collection on your last generation console.
What's New?
This version of NeoGenesis supports ROMs over 6MB. This supports Ultimate Mortal Kombat Trilogy. I tested it with the default skin at 1080i with filters. It ran great with no crashes. I don't know if this breaks anything else, so I would use this as a standalone version. Source changes are included.
